Our Mission

Bringing the Community
Face to Face with History

The Chicagoland Veterans Campus is more than a museum — it is a living, breathing tribute to every American who ever raised their right hand and served. We bring families, students, neighbors, and patriots together to walk among real artifacts, read real letters, and hear real stories from across every era of American military history.

From the Civil War to the Gulf War, from the Army to the Coast Guard — every branch, every conflict, every sacrifice is represented here. Donations of uniforms, weapons, gear, books, photographs, and personal correspondence arrive from across the country and around the world, and each piece goes on full display for the community to see and learn from.

We believe history is not something to be studied in silence behind glass. It is something to be experienced — and we bring it to life.

Building Bridges

A Campus That Belongs
to Everyone

Veterans don't heal in isolation — they heal in community. The Chicagoland Veterans Campus is a gathering place where service members and civilians stand shoulder to shoulder, share stories, and build something lasting together.

We host youth programs through Young Marines and Young Army, connecting the next generation with the values of service, discipline, and patriotism. Our doors are open to schools, scout troops, community organizations, and history lovers of every age and background.

While our permanent museum galleries are being organized and expanded, we are already hosting events on campus. Join our mailing list to be the first to know about every gathering, demonstration, and celebration we host.
